In this hands-on camp, you will explore smell, touch, taste, sight and sound through engaging sensory activities and create your own sensory tools, practice calming strategies and learn how to notice body clues that tell you when it’s time to take a break or reset. This camp will help you discover what helps you feel calm, focused and ready to learn – at home, at school, and everywhere in between.
