Get a head start on your season with coaches Rob Lillie and Tom Shaw at this high-energy camp focused on performance, efficiency, and injury prevention. You’ll learn:
• Injury Prevention & Form: run smarter, stay healthy
• Strength & Conditioning: build endurance, power, and speed
• Efficient Mechanics: improve movement and conserve energy
• Runner-Specific Training: use bodyweight strength and dynamic stretching for optimal performance
Each day includes a focused run to apply what you learn. Whether you’re new or chasing a PR, this camp will set you up for success. Come ready to move, bring water, and train outdoors!
