Writing with Style

In fiction, style can often feel elusive and hard to define. While we may recognize writing that we enjoy, knowing how to improve our own can be challenging. This class will explore various ways to define style, including aspects such as correctness, ornamentation, audience orientation, and essence. We will also engage in exercises that focus on developing our own styles, covering elements like rhythm, tone, and distinction.
