Discover the art and science behind your favorite wines in this engaging multi-session class. You’ll begin by learning essential vocabulary, tasting techniques, what to look for, glassware, and general information about wine. Subsequent classes dive into specific regions, exploring unique characteristics and traditions. Each session features a guided tasting of five different wines, offering a rich learning experience without excess. Because alcohol is served, students must be 21 or older and sign a waiver. Class is limited to 20 students.
