Are you ready to unlock the secrets of the wilderness?  You will acquire map and compass reading skills for safe navigation on hikes, backpacking trips, or family adventures. Hosted by the nationally certified Michigan Independent Wilderness Search and Rescue Team, you'll gain valuable skills and a deeper connection to the outdoors. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a compass, or use one provided.
