Cross Country Camp: First Steps to a Better Season

Get a head start on your cross-country season! Join KCC Cross Country Coaches Rob Lillie and Tom Shaw and learn to:
- Keep yourself healthy for your XC season and ensure your running form helps you to prevent injury
- Develop muscle strengthening and movements to help improve your season times
- Break down mechanics and movement patterns your body can use to run more efficiently
- Use strength and stretching techniques specific for runners, using your body as the main equipment
We will enjoy a daily run at each session that stresses the principles you will want to incorporate in your weekly training schedule to help meet your goals. Please come dressed to move and bring a water bottle. This camp will primarily be held outdoors.
