In 1985, a group of train enthusiasts gathered to discuss the possibility of starting a local 7 – 1/2” Gauge Railroading club. Fortunately, there was enough interest, and the Mid–Michigan Railroad Club was established. If you share a passion for trains and railroads or just want to learn more about them, join us for a captivating session at Cornwell’s Turkeyville. We will have lunch at 11 am (pay for yourself), then make our way to the railroad where you will be treated to a diverse array of engines, including live steam, diesel, and electric varieties. Should the weather permit, we will enjoy a tranquil train ride through a picturesque setting.
