Fabulous Fitness is a class that incorporates both strength training and Pilates, a low-intensity workout that helps to build muscle strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. The workout will start with a warm-up, followed by strength training using bands and body weight, and concludes with a half-hour Pilates session that focuses on core strength training.
