Get a head start on your track season!
This new camp with Kellogg Community College’s Cross Country Coaches will cover strength training, injury prevention & proper kinesiology. You’ll learn how to:
- Keep yourself healthy for your track season and ensure your running form helps you prevent injury
- Break down mechanics and movement patterns your body can use to run more efficiently
- Start to use strength and stretching techniques specific for runners, using your body rather than equipment
Come dressed to move and bring a water bottle. This camp will be held indoors at KCC’s Miller Building.
