KCC is excited to offer this new opportunity for high school athletes! Get ready for your upcoming season with Coach Alex Holley. This twice per week camp will:

  • Help you increase your speed, agility, overall strength, and explosiveness
  • Include sport specific training
  • Teach leadership and teamwork tactics and traits
  • Be a competitive, yet supportive environment and group

NOTE: Athletes, please come dressed to move and bring a water bottle. This camp will primarily be held outdoors.
