Experience aviation up-close and personal at the Western Michigan University College of Aviation. Spend time as an “Aviation Maintenance Technician” working with advanced structure and composites, experience the world of flight as you enter the Level 5 flight training devices used to train WMU College of Aviation students. These flight simulators are some of the most advanced in collegiate aviation and will let you feel the wonder of flight. You will also learn about the amazing career opportunities in aviation and tour the 60,000 square foot facility that includes hangers, planes, and maintenance labs. NOTE: A pizza lunch will be provided, or campers may bring lunch.
