Learn how a low-fat plant-based diet comprised of whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables can provide the ideal fuel for any physical activity. In this one-time class taught by a licensed Food for Life Instructor, you will learn to prepare simple, nutrient dense meals that help promote optimal fitness and recovery. Three recipes will be demonstrated and sampled.
