Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice? In this flow-based yoga class we will complete poses as we learn the stories behind the Sanskrit names. These stories are layered with meaning and have the power to help you expand your yoga practice. We will focus on one story per week to dive deeper and explore the myths behind the names.
