All of us deal with some sort of stress on a regular basis. Luckily one method that has been gaining popularity is meditation, and if you’ve never tried it, now is a great time to start! Meditation can give you a sense of calm and peace that benefits both your emotional wellbeing and overall health. In this class, you will receive an introduction and background of meditation, as well as enjoy the benefits that it has to offer.
