Join our social group to participate in the simple activity of walking, which has so many powerful health benefits.   The first class meets in Ohm 109, followed by a walk around Spring Lake. All remaining classes will meet at various trailheads to walk together. NOTE: Please dress for the weather and bring a bottle of water.
