Tunisian crochet holds multiple loops on the hook in a style like knitting. It differs from knitting in that it uses a crochet hook, not knitting needles. The result is a fabric that is beautifully textured using a technique that combines the best of knitting and crochet. You will create a one-of-a-kind potholder using a Cro-hook and two contrasting colors of yarn. NOTE: Cro-Hooks will be provided in class, and you should be able to do the following: C chain, slip stitch, and single crochet. Please bring two skeins of yarn in contrasting colors in a medium weight. Medium weight (worsted) yarn will have this Craft Yarn Council Standard Yarn Weight symbol on it.
