The Tannenbaum’s are trying to make it back home to Michigan in time to celebrate Christmas with their family, but when a blizzard descends on the Midwest, they are forced off the roads. With all the rooms in every hotel filled with holiday travelers, they are forced to camp out in the lobby of a small, family-owned inn. Feeling discouraged, but determined to make the best of it, the family meets their fellow stranded travelers, and finds the holiday spirit in the most unlikely of places.
