We all have spirit guides; highly evolved spirits who can guide and inspire us, but generally do not act on our behalf without being asked. In this unique workshop you will discover how you can connect to your individual spirit guides. You’ll discuss the idea of spirit guides and learn what you might expect in your first meeting. Then, you’ll experience a guided meditation that will introduce you to your spirit guide. Your true guides will never lead you astray or cause you to do anything negative or destructive, so there is no danger in this introduction. Please wear comfortable clothing.
