A Yoga practice offers vital tools for a healthy life: strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. This is perfect for those who want a total body and mind workout. In this class you can improve your focus, control, breathing, and posture. You’ll increase flexibility; strengthen your back, joints and core; and learn key practices for maintaining and improving your physical and mental well-being. Some experience with yoga is recommended; please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
