Spend 45 minutes with us on Wednesday’s lunch hour to improve your well-being! Stretching increases overall flexibility while improving posture and balance. Balance improves body awareness and decreases the likelihood of injury. Combining both requires your body to work together in Harmony, which will help you benefit your mind & body.
