We offered this class last semester, and had a waitlist, so we are offering it again. There’s always something new to learn from Bonnie! Sometimes called the second hardest job in America, it is truly a job like no other. The First Lady serves as the nation's hostess and as a political partner, and she is often an advocate of social causes. A few of the First Ladies we will focus on are Martha Washington, Dolley Madison, Mary Todd Lincoln, Julia Grant, Eleanor Roosevelt, Betty Ford, and Rosalyn Carter. Those attending will be offered a "take home tasting experience" of recipes from a White House pastry chef.
