Manuela is the Early Childhood Licensing Coordinator. She has had over thirty years of experience in the field of early childhood education as a teacher, professor, administrator, and researcher, including as the Early Education Coordinator at the Vermont Agency of Education. She is currently the TA Specialist for Preschool Development Grants at Applied Engineering Management Corp.
