Often in educational settings, students work with many staff members, including special education teachers, general education teachers, related service providers, and paraprofessionals. Therefore, ensuring consistent implementation of instructional strategies and behavior protocols is vital to student success.

In this workshop, participants will learn about using evidence-based training strategies to conduct initial training for staff to implement academic and behavioral plans. Instruction will include behavior skills training, teaching interaction procedure, and performance feedback. Participants will have opportunities to practice new learning and receive feedback from the presenters.
