Their conversation highlights the dangers of implementing these sorts of initiatives without an equity lens, as well as the power of implementing them with an equity lens.

This is part of a larger series comprised of webinars, workshop days, and graduate course option that provides a coherent and coordinated effort to reduce inequity in Vermont schools.
