Breathe the Air of Trees and other Cures

4-weeks (last 4) | Available (Membership Required)

The early Taoists strongly believed that the best medicine was found just outside the front door. Breathing the air of trees, sitting by large bodies of water, watching the sunrise and sunset, and gazing at the stars were prescriptions for better health and a longer life. This class will examine these ancient cures against modern research, as we learn breathing practices, walking techniques, and how to align with nature’s circadian rhythms.
