Master practical AI tools to simplify your daily tasks in this hands-on workshop. Learn to
use free AI assistants like Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google Gemini to
simplify items on your to do list, like meal prep, travel planning, research and more.
Working in pairs with your own devices, you'll practice creating effective prompts and
choosing the right AI tool for different tasks. Classes combine instructor demonstrations
with guided practice and group discussion. No prior AI knowledge is required. Bring your
phone and Wi-Fi enabled laptop or tablet to class.

Beth Hayes

Beth Hayes is an electrical engineer whose career focused on problem solving using emerging technology. She has worked in a number of industries and positions, from automotive assembly line design to ecology research tech support to large scale systems installation and optimization. She ended her career as a management consultant at Deloitte after serving as the Deputy Chief Information Officer of Vassar College.
