Pickleball 101

4-weeks (last 4) | Available (Membership Required)

Introduction to pickleball for the new or beginner player. Focus of the course will be on learning basic strokes and the game rules. Participants should be physically active. This course is offered off-site at Baird State Park.


Please Note: As a courtesy to others wishing to register for this limited enrollment class, please do not sign up if you are not planning to attend all four sessions.


  • Students will need their own pickleball paddle.  Balls will be provided by the instructor.

Vicky Weinblatt is a retired IBM-er who actively took up pickleball and became addicted to the game in 2020. She has enjoyed teaching PB 101 and 102 for VCLLI the past few years. She also enjoys fitness classes, hiking, biking, skiing and traveling.
