Gentle Walks in the Hudson Valley

This course offers VCLLI members the opportunity to build community and get some exercise while enjoying the beauty of our Hudson Valley. Four walks are planned, each in a different location. All the walks have an educational component and range in length and in difficulty from easy to moderate.
April 10: Dennings Point State Park, Beacon, NY
April 17: Minnewaska State Park Preserve, Kerhonkson, NY
April 24: Ashokan Reservoir Rail Trail, Shokan, NY
May 1: Mohonk Mountain House, New Paltz, NY

Teresa Quinn is a retired VC Student Affairs administrator, and whenever she has the opportunity, she is outside enjoying nature. She looks forward to sharing her passion for hiking and being in community with VCLLI members in the beautiful Hudson Valley.
Susan Mac Lean
Sue MacLean is a retired social studies teacher who loves to hike in the Hudson Valley and anywhere possible. She enjoys introducing groups to local history, different locations, and new adventures.
