Meditation and Mindfulness
6-weeks | Registration closed 9/1/2024
Meditation and contemplation have been part of wisdom traditions for thousands of years. In
today's tumultuous world, with its media overload and daily stress, it is important to find ways to focus and be present with whatever life brings us. Using meditative practices, music and wisdom teachings from different traditions, we will practice together to grow in compassion, increase our equanimity and our ability to live more fully in the present moment. Together we will develop practices that we can incorporate into our daily lives. This course is open both to beginners and experienced meditators.
