Magic for Seniors
8-weeks | Registration closed 9/1/2024
A beginning course in magic allowing the students to experience the knowledge, dexterity, and skill set to accomplish simple magic effects to astound family and friends. This course will teach different aspects of magic to give a good overview on the art of magic.
Joel Zaritsky
Dr. Joel Zaritsky is the past national president of the Society of American Magicians and the current president of Assembly #35 (the Hudson Valley Magicians). He and his wife Nadine have been performing in the Northeast for over 20 years. He also trains at the prestigious McBride Magic School in Las Vegas.
Sudhir Desai
Sudhir Desai will assist. Sudhir’s magic journey started when he took a course at VCLLI in Fall, 2019. Now he is a member of the Society of American Magicians and Secretary of the local chapter, Al Baker Assembly #35. He has been performing magic for friends and family for the past two years.
Frank Monaco
Frank Monaco has been involved with magic for over 45 years. Frank has been teaching magicians from the age of 12 to 20 at Tannen’s Magic Camp for over 27 years. Frank is currently the regional vice president of the Society of American Magicians.
