The U.S. Presidential election is coming soon. What are the issues that most concern voters? How have candidates positioned themselves to appeal to their constituents and to swing voters? What is the likely impact of third party candidates on the outcome of the election? What do polls tell us? How right were pre-election predictions?

This course is a joint undertaking with Marist Center for Lifetime Studies and Vassar Lifelong Learning Institute.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The first 3 classes are  on Tuesdays, Zoom only. While the fourth class will be available by Zoom, in addition, Vassar LLI members are invited to attend the fourth class In-Person on Friday, Nov. 15 at 12:30 in Blodgett Hall.

Richard Born

Richard Born, Ph.D.  is a Professor of Political Science at Vassar College. He will teach this course with professors from Marist College who are to be announced.
