THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS (WEATHER PERMITTING)

This class will explore a number of different yogic styles, both softer and restorative, and a little more vigorous for strength and stamina, with modifications for all levels. Instructor, Ralph Gorodetsky.
